Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of HumanizeAI (the "Service"), provided by Abdulqader Saeed ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

HumanizeAI rewrites AI-generated text to read more naturally. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, nor that outputs will bypass any specific AI detector.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not permit others to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, or harassment.
• Generate content that infringes intellectual property, defames others, or violates privacy.
• Generate deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or content intended to deceive (e.g. plagiarism passed off as original work where prohibited).
• Probe, scrape, or interfere with the security or availability of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without permission.

4. Generative AI disclosure

You are responsible for the prompts and inputs you submit and how you use the outputs, including verifying accuracy and ensuring you have the rights to any input content. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for regulated professional advice without independent oversight. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs and suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of your inputs and the outputs you generate, subject to any third-party rights in the underlying content. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from your account's Settings page at any time.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; you may export your history for a reasonable period before deletion.

8. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your inputs, your use of outputs, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered address of Abdulqader Saeed, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
