Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how Abdulqader Saeed ("we", "us") — the data controller — collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use HumanizeAI (the "Service").
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, hashed password, profile details.
- Usage data: the texts you submit to the humanizer and outputs we generate, with timestamps.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, device identifiers, error logs.
- Support communications: messages you send us.
2. Why we use your data
- To create and operate your account (contract).
- To provide the humanization service and store your history (contract).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and to secure the Service (legitimate interest).
- To improve the Service through aggregated, de-identified analytics (legitimate interest).
- To send transactional emails (account, security, billing) — not marketing without consent.
- To meet legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).
3. Sharing
We share data with the following categories of recipients:
- Hosting & infrastructure (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) — to store and serve the Service.
- AI inference providers — to process your inputs and produce humanized outputs.
- Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
- Authorities where required by law.
4. Retention
We retain account and usage data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal and tax obligations. Humanizer history is retained per your plan limits and is deleted (or anonymised) when no longer needed.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. UK/EEA users also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within one month.
6. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside your country (including outside the UK/EEA), we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on adequacy decisions.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and the principle of least privilege.
8. Cookies
