Refund Policy

Abdulqader Saeed ("we") offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid HumanizeAI subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our transactions. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Or contact us at support@aihumanizepro.com and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Settings page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partially used billing periods outside the 30-day guarantee window.

Renewals

If a subscription renewal occurs and you no longer wish to use the Service, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will work with Paddle to issue a refund where eligible.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse (e.g. signing up, using a large amount of credit, then requesting a refund as a pattern). Paddle's Refund Policy applies in addition to ours.
